Lioness Glenda was born, raised and educated in Toronto.
Even at an early age, volunteering was a part of her life as summers as a preteen were spent as a Junior Counsellor at the Parks and Rec. day camp at the local school.
Lioness Glenda and husband Ed, a Toronto firefighter, will be married 31 years this October. Daughter Lynn, 26 is a nurse and son Matt, 22, is working towards a career in the entertainment industry.
Lioness Glenda has enjoyed volunteering at the schools he r children attended as well as on various committees for Figure Skating and Minor Hockey in the past.
In 1989 she joined the Cannington Lioness Club and has held a variety of offices at the Club level.
Lioness Glenda has served at the District level as District Treasurer, Region Rep. For 33/52, Second Vice President and First Vice President last year.
Lioness Glenda enjoys travelling, crafting with rubber stamps, and, of course, volunteering.
